ABSTRACT
The aim of the present work is to asses the preventive role of pediatrician. The study was conducted on 129 pediatricians by circulating a questionnaire. The study revealed that age of the patient doctor experience, doctor knowledge, enough time for counselling and the child health are main factors that affect pediatric counselling
