RESUMEN

Se presenta un paciente de 16 años con nefromegalia bilateral y múltiples nódulos corticales renales hiperecogénicos en la ultrasonografía, como expresión de leucemia linfoblástica aguda. Este patrón ecográfico inusual resulta similar al de los linfomas nodulares, debiendo incluirse a la esclerosis tuberosa entre otros diagnósticos diferenciales
