RESUMEN
Los linfangiomas son tumores benignos, poco frecuentes y secundarios a alteraciones en el desarrollo linfático fetal por oclusión de los conductos primitivos. La mayor parte ocurre en la edad pediátrica. Cuando involucran estructuras vasculares vitales ponen en peligro la vida del paciente. Se presenta la historia clínica y las imágenes de un recién nacido con un linfangioma gigante quien falleció por complicaciones secundarias al tumor
