RESUMEN

Se realiza un estudio retrospectivo de la sepsis posquirúrgica en los pacientes que fueron sometidos a una cirugía mayor, tanto electiva como de urgencia, limpia o contaminada, en el Servicio de Ortopedia y Traumatología del Hospital Provincial Docente "Celia Sánchez Manduley" de Manzanillo, durante el período comprendido desde diciembre de 1986 hasta mayo de 1988
