RESUMO
Os autores apresentam o caso de um paciente com lesåo tumoral de aproximadamente 22 cm de diâmetro, vegetante, hemorrágica, irregular, acometendo toda hemiface e hemicrânio esquerdos. O paciente foi submetido a exérese ampla da lesåo e o exame anatomopatológico revelou carcinoma espinocelular bem diferenciado. Apesar do tamanho da lesåo nåo havia metástases
