RESUMO
By elevating the incubation temperature of infected Aedes albopictus clone C6/36 cells to 32ºC or 37ºC, amount of dengue type 2 type 3 viral antigens produced in the culture fluid was increased. While the maximum titer of type 1 dengue virus antigen was not significantly elevated although they reacher maximum titer 1-2 days earlier. Type 4 dengue viral antigen was almost undetectable under the conditions examined, even though its infectivity was produced in the infected culture fluid
