RESUMO

Um caso de infarto lacunar do tronco cerebral foi diagnosticado por ressonância nuclear do crânio e levou os autores a destacar a importância do exame otoneurológico no diagnóstico diferencial das síndromes vestibulares centrais e periféricas.
