ABSTRACT
The histochemical study of 25 pregnant rats liver submitted to nasal drop instillation of saline and naphazoline at increasing concentrations, at the 19th day pregnancy, showed glycogen decrease and total lipid increase, only at a concentration of 11,000 of naphazoline. In this group occured also an increase of fetal liver lipids.
