RESUMO
Sao apresentados os resultados imediatos e tardios obtidos com a observacao de 34 pacientes portadores de calos interdigitais submetidos a tratamento cirurgico. Conclui-se que o tratamento definitivo e a retirada correta das proeminencias osseas; quando ocorre recidiva, esta e precoce e se deve aerro tecnico. O tratamento paliativo alivia temporariamente os sintomas, protelando o tratamento definitivo.
