RESUMO
A clinical case of hipopigmented mycosis fungoides is reported concerning a negro race patient wich is considered a rarity because there have been only twenty five similar cases described in the world literature and only eight cases with the same clinical characteristics with hipopigmented macules as the only cutaneous manifestation. The diagnosis was made and confirmed by the histopathology examination demonstrating the need of this exam for the accomplishment of the diagnosis and mainly to differentiate from other hipopigmented diseases.
