RESUMO

Reportamos o caso de um doente HIV positivo que apresentou várias lesöes de carcinoma basocelular tratadas com nitrogênio líquido, tendo uma lesäo maior no tórax anterior (10 cm de diâmetro). Este tumor foi primeiramente submetido à radioterapia e após reduçäo do seu tamanho, feito exérese total com enxerto de pele. Houve recidiva, sendo necessário um segundo enxerto. Neste tempo de seguimento, o doente tomou poliquimioterapia para o vírus HIV e näo teve doenças intercorrentes. Tinha CD4 de 250 cel/mmü e carga viral indetectável ao final do seguimento.
