RESUMO
We describes a surgical procedure for the replacement of the ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT of the canine knee from allografts ligaments that is being applied to a population of 12 dogs that incluyed two groups. The I Group is made up of 6 dogs that had a recent implant and the II Group of 6 dogs that had a replaced of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament of a tissues banking. Therefore, we decribes a technique for the storage and preservation of the tissue bank of Anterior Cruciate Ligaments allografts. This work was studied and followed during a period of one year and in the individual follow up of the dogs the oldest one had six months. The excellence of the resultas show the goodness of this surgical procedure to establish the good results do to the viability of the replacement for the I group in 84 por cent of the cases and for the II group in the 100 por cent of them
