RESUMO
Trinta caninos humanos tiveram seus canais instrumentados e obturados. Após o emprego da técnica de retroinstrumentaçäo foram divididos aleatoriamente em três grupos retrobturados com I) N-Rickert, II) CRCS e III) Sealer 26. Depois de imersos em soluçäo de azul-de-metileno a 2 por cento durante uma semana, a infiltraçäo apical foi analisada e os resultados submetidos à análise estatística. Näo houve diferença estatística entre os grupos II e III, porém eles apresentaram menor infiltraçäo apical que o grupo I (p<0,05)
