RESUMO
Este artigo relata um estudo sobre alguns aspectos psicopedagógicos da tarefa assistencial de alunos do quarto ano de Fonoaudiologia da UNIFESP-EPM, em sua atividade com um grupo de 14 alunos, utilizou metodologia qualitativa de pesquisa. Säo descritos os fatores estressantes e os fatores gratificantes da atividade assim como os dados obtidos nas observaçöes realizadas. Säo sugeridas medidas psicoprofiláticas no âmbito da formaçäo.
