A proposta deste estudo foi investigar a prevalência de manchas extrínsecas negras em uma amostra de 990 crianças, com idades entre 3 a 8 anos, relacionando a ocorrência desse tipo de mancha ao baixo índice de cárie dental (ceo) apresentado por essas crianças
