RESUMEN
Se comunica un caso de pitiriasis versicolor atípica, en un paciente tratado desde 2 años atrás con corticosteroides tópicos y sistémicos. Las lesiones, eritematoescamosas, lenticulares, no muy numerosas, involucionan dejando ligera atrofia. De la revisión de la bibliografía, surge la similitud con el caso comunicado por Mascaro y Torres, bajo el nombre de Pitiriasis Versicolor Atrófica
