ABSTRACT

Background:

PET scanning with F-18 FDG is a useful technique to detect malignant lesions. The goal of this work to analyze the frequency of increased heart uptake in routine PET oncologic studies and to correlate F-18 FDG Standardized Uptake Values (SUV) to blood glucose level (BGL)
