RESUMEN
Este es un estudio descriptivo, longitudinal y multicéntrico. Donde fueron estudiados 188 pacientes cuyas edades fluctuaron entre 2 y 17 años, 51 por ciento fueron hombres y 49 por ciento fueron mujeres, todos con diagnóstico de lesión de neurona motora superior. Sólo caminaban el 49 por ciento de los pacientes y la frecuencia de pie espástico unilateral era del 54 por ciento, siendo el derecho un 35 por ciento y el izquierdo un 19 por ciento. Recomendamos corregir las deformidades en un solo tiempo y dejar la artrodesis para cuando llegue la madurez esquelética, excepto la cirugía de Grice
