RESUMO
Cílio intra-vítreo é raro. Relatamos um caso pouco usual em que, após o tratamento antiinflamatório para uveíte intermediária grave, um cílio foi encontrado flutuando no setor nasal inferior do corpo vítreo anterior, sem história prévia de cirurgia ou trauma claramente definido como perfurante. Após a vitrectomia pars-plana e retirada do cílio intra-vítreo, houve remissäo da inflamaçäo ocular e a acuidade visual final foi 1.0.
