ABSTRACT

The authors present a case of a 27 year-old female patient with Von Willebrand's disease and submitted to surgical arthroscopy of the right knee. She developed a neurological condition of intense migraine due to cerebral hemorrhage after subdural anesthesia. The authors discuss the probable etiology of the illness, the evolution of the case, and the possible association with the subdural anesthesia.
