RESUMO
Intracranial Arterial Aneurysms in childhood and adolescence are rare, specially in the first years of life. Their biological behaviour and epidemiology differs from that of adults. It is important for paediatricians and other specialists looking after this patient population to be aware of this clinical entity. We present a review of the most important issues regarding these lesions, as well as a review of the literature
