A homeostase da mama normal depende da interação entre células epiteliais e o estroma associado. Investigamos a expressão gênica diferencial, por cDNA microarray, entre cultura primária de fibroblastos derivados de tecido neoplásico (FDN) ou não e analisamos a influência de células epiteliais normais (MCF10A) na expressão gênica dos primeiros. Encontramos 283 genes diferencialmente expressos em FDN quando comparados àqueles não neoplásicos, 187 / The homeostasis of normal breast depends on interactions between epithelial cells and their associated stroma. We evaluate the gene expression profile, in a cDNA microarray, between primary culture of fibroblasts derived from mammary tissue neoplasic or not and analyzed the influence of normal epithelial cells (MCF10A) on fibroblasts obtained from neoplasic tissue. We found 283 genes differentially expressed in neoplasic derived fibroblasts when compared with non neoplasic one, the majority were underexpressed.
