Não há critérios até o momento para definir o tempo de tratamento da síncope neurocardiogênica e sua interrupção.O estudo se propõe a avaliar a recorrência de síncope neurocardiogênica após interrupção da terapia específica e investigar o valor do resultado do teste de inclinação realizado após a suspensão da medicação como preditor de recorrência. A maioria dos pacientes recorreram após interrupção do tratamento, porém a taxa de recorrência no grupo com teste negativo foi significativamente menor em comparação ao grupo positivo no primeiro ano de seguimento.
