RESUMEN

RESUMEN

Se presentan 73 pacientes con estenosis uretral tratados con uretrotomía endoscópica. La causa de la estenosis fue post RTU o por sonda a permanencia en el 57,5 por ciento. La ubicación principal fue uretra anterior. Con un seguimiento mínimo de 1 año observan recidiva en el 35,5 por ciento. Las estrecheces largas fueron las de peor pronóstico
