Os resultados apontam para a presença de alterações de humor associadas especificamente a atividade física intensa, mas não influenciadas pela presença de antecedentes / Moderate physical activity is beneficial to body and mind, but, when more intense, can bring mood alterations, leading, in the limit, to the overtraining syndrome.
