Nuevas estrategias para la aplicación del Método Cubano de Registro del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería / New strategies for the implementation of the Cuban Registration Method of the Nursing Care Process

RESUMEN

En Cuba desde la década del 60, se viene trabajando arduamente en la búsqueda de nuevos métodos de trabajo para elevar la calidad de la atención de enfermería. La aplicación del método de registro del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería a partir de 1995 provocó gran impacto a nivel nacional e internacional. En la actualidad, a pesar del cuerpo de conocimientos de la especialidad y de los esfuerzos que se vienen realizando para el registro con buena calidad de este poceso, en los servicios asistenciales aún existen dificultades. Para actualizar y argumentar la importancia de la aplicación del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería y su registro se efectuó una amplia revisión bibliográfica y consultas a expertos en esta temática en el segundo trimestre del año 2003. Se exponen propuestas de nuevas estrategias para llevar a efecto el correspondiente registro en los servicios asistenciales, sobre la base de los criterios de los expertos de la asistencia y de la docencia. En las estrategias propuestas se utilizaron modificaciones factibles y atemperadas a la realidad objetiva de estos tiempos, sin perder nunca la visión de futuro(AU)

ABSTRACT

In Cuba from the decade of the 60, one comes working arduously in the search of new work methods to elevate the quality of the infirmary attention. The application of the method of registration of the Process of Attention of Infirmary starting from 1995 caused great impact at national and international level. At the present time, in spite of the body of knowledge of the specialty and of the efforts that are come carrying out for the registration with good quality of this poceso, in the assistance services difficulties exist still. To modernize and to argue the importance of the application of the Process of Attention of Infirmary and their registration was made a wide bibliographical revision and you consult to experts in this thematic one in the second trimester of the year 2003. Proposals of new strategies are exposed to take to effect the corresponding registration in the assistance services, on the base of the approaches of the experts of the attendance and of the docencia. In the proposed strategies feasible modifications were used and moderated to the objective reality of these times, without never losing the future vision(AU)
