RESUMEN

Paciente masculino de 80 años, natural de Cuba y procedente de Caracas, quien inició enfermedad actual hace aproximadamente tres años, cuando comenzó a presentar tumor de 1,2 cm de diametro con bordes perlados y parcialmente hiperpigmentados, localizado en dorso nasal, asintomático (Foto 1). Dermatoscopia, se utilizó un aumento de 10x y luz polarizada (Dermlitephoto-3 gen), se observaron úlceras en el área central de la lesión, glóbulos azulados o gris pizarra y telangiectasias arborizantes
