Produção científica do cuidado ambulatorial de enfermagem à clientela portadora de hipertensão arterial sistêmica / Scientific Production concerning with ambulatorial nursing care to the systemic arterial hypertension clients. A literature review

RESUMO

Pesquisa bibliográfica com caráter quantitativo, parte integrante de projeto intitulado "Modelo Gerencial do Cuidado Ambulatorial de Enfermagem à Clientela Portadora de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica", com objetivo de levantar a produção científica acerca do cuidado ambulatorial de enfermagem à clientela portadora de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica. Foram utilizadas 38 publicações nacionais, em periódicos e textos, localizados na Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), desde a década de 90 aos dias atuais. Resultados: no período analisado, houve ampla divulgação do tema em conceituadas revistas científicas brasileiras, a maioria foi publicada entre os anos de 1996 e 2002 e a divulgação concentrou-se na região sudeste, principalmente nos estados de São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro. Conclusões: é preciso haver maior divulgação de trabalhos científicos acerca do tema pelos profissionais de enfermagem para manter atualizadas as técnicas utilizadas no cuidado ambulatorial de enfermagem à clientela portadora de hipertensão arterial sistêmica, enfocando no tratamento não-medicamentoso da HAS.

ABSTRACT

Quantitative bibliographical research, sub-project of a work entitled "Management Model of Nursing Ambulatory Care to the Patient with Hypertension", aims to raise scientific production concerning Nursing ambulatory care to the patient with Hypertension. Thirty eight national publications located in the Nursing Database (BDENF) have been used, from the 90's to our current days. Results: in the analyzed period, there has been ample advertising of the theme in respectable Brazilian scientific magazines, most of which having been published between 1996 and 2002 in the Southern region, mainly in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Conclusion: there should be better distribution of the scientific work concerning the theme, by nursing professionals to keep them updated with the techniques used in nursing ambulatory care to the patient with hypertension, focussing on non-hypertension medicated treatment.
