RESUMO

Este artigo tem como foco apresentar algumas reflexões acerca do modo de cuidar em enfermagem que emergiram da dissertação de mestrado intitulada "Encontro de cuidado, vivido e dialogado da equipe de enfermagem com o ser-criança que convive com AIDS", que objetivou compreender o significado deste cuidado sob o olhar da Teoria de Enfermagem Humanística de Paterson e Zderad. Constituiu-se em um estudo qualitativo-existencial-fenomenológico com análise hermenêutica proposta por Motta e Crossetti, à luz de Ricoeur. Desvelou-se deste encontro com a equipe de enfermagem a percepção referente ao cuidado no experienciar a facticidade do ser humano, e neste, o conviver com a finitude do ser e a ética. Compreendeu-se que a ética, no encontro genuíno de cuidado em enfermagem, faz-se essencial à sua autenticidade, visto a reciprocidade existente na busca de escolhas responsáveis ao estar-melhor na presença do respeito que permeia a relação...

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the presentation of some reflections concerning the way of caring in Nursery which resulted from the Master's Degree dissertation titled, ôCare Meeting lived and dialogued, of the nursery staff with the child-being who lives with AIDS.õ It intended to understand the meaning of this care under the perspective of the Humanistic Nursery Theory of Paterson and Zderad. It was a qualitative-existential-phenomenological study with a hermeneutic analysis proposed by Motta and Crossetti, in the light of Ricouer. The perception concerning the care in experiencing the facticity of the human being was unveiled from this meeting with the nursery staff, and from this the living with finitude of the self and ethics. It was understood that ethics in the genuine meeting of the care in Nursery is essential for its authenticity, considering the existent reciprocity in the search for responsible choices in being better in the presence of the respect that exists in the relationship...

Este artículo tiene como enfoque presentar algunas reflexiones acerca del modo de cuidar en Enfermería, que emergieron de la disertación de maestría intitulada ôEncuentro de cuidado, vivido y dialogado, del equipo de enfermería con el ser-niño que convive con SIDAõ, el cual tuvo como objetivo comprender el significado de este cuidado a partir de la Teoría de Enfermería Humanística de Paterson y Zderad.
