ABSTRACT
In order to evaluate the prognostic value of non-invasive functional tests post-primary coronary angioplasty and stenting in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and its association with restenosis, 64 patients were followed during one year.treadmill stress testing with myocardial scintigraphy and echocardiogram were performed six weeks, six months and one year after acute coronary syndrome, including coronary angiography during the sixth month of follow-up. It was noticed correlation between myocardial scintigraphy and in-stent restenosis.
