Estudo da força de ruptura do plano músculo-aponeurótico da parede abdominal após sutura em pontos separados comparando três tipos de fios cirúrgico em ratos Wistar / Experimental study to evaluate the force of rupture of the synthesis of the plan muscle-aponeurotic after suture with separated points comparing three types of surgical thread in Wistar mice

RESUMO

Estudo do tipo experimental realizado em ratos da linhagem Wistar, para avaliar a tensão de ruptura da síntese do plano músculo-aponeurótico, com três tipos de fios de sutura. Métodos: Os animais foram distribuídos em três grupos de quinze, num total de quarenta e cinco animais. Após a realização da laparotomia mediana, o plano músculo-aponeurótico foi suturado com pontos separados nos locais previamente marcados com corante azul de metileno. Em cada grupo foi realizado a ráfia do plano músculo-aponeurótico com um tipo de fio diferente e posterior fechamento da pele, com sutura continua tipo barra grega. Os fios escolhidos para o estudo são Polipropileno 3.0, Nylon 3.0, Poligalactina 910 3.0. Com 29 dias de pós-operatório os animais foram submetidos à eutanásia. Rebateu-se a pele na parte ventral da parede abdominal expondo assim o objeto do estudo, o plano músculo-aponeurótico da parede abdominal que foi retirado em partes de 50mm no sentido longitudinal, e 50mm no sentido transversal, sendo que 25mm para cada lado da sutura previa. As amostras foram fixadas em duas garras, uma em cada extremidade da amostra e o local da síntese permaneceu no meio. O ensaio da força de ruptura da síntese do plano músculo-aponeurótico foi realizado com a utilização de uma Máquina Universal de Ensaios modelo EMIC DL - 2000. Resultados/Discussão Os resultados encontrados após o termino do experimento nos levam a crer que a força máxima de ruptura que a síntese do plano músculo-aponeurótico pode suportar tem grande relação com o tipo de resposta inflamatória que o material utilizado na síntese provoca. Onde o Polipropileno e o Nylon que são inertes, causando reação tecidual mínima, apresentaram os maiores valores em média de resistência a força de ruptura, respectivamente 33.619N e 30.569N...

ABSTRACT

Experimental study accomplished in mice of the lineage Wistar, to evaluate the force of rupture of the synthesis of the plan muscleaponeurotic, with three types of suture threads. Materials and Methods: The animals were distributed in three groups of fifteen, in a total of fortyfive animals. After the accomplishment of the medium laparotomy, the plan muscle-aponeurotic it was sutured with separate points in the places marked previously with blue color of metylen. The chosen threads for the healthy study Polypropylene 3.0, Nylon 3.0, Polyglactin 910 3.0. With 29 days of postoperative the animals were submitted to the euthanasia. The skinwas rebutted in the ventral part of the abdominal wound exposing like this the object of the study, the plan muscleaponeurotic of the abdominal wound that it was solitary in parts of 50mm in the longitudinal sense, and 50mm in the traverse sense, and 25mm for each side of the suture foresaw.
