RESUMEN
El Síndrome de Cushing es una enfermedad poco frecuente. La gran mayoría de los pacientes tienen un tumor hipofisiario y el tratamiento es mediante neurocirugía. Un porcentaje pequeño de pacientes requieren de una adrenalectomía bilateral. Este trabajo muestra una paciente en que se realizó una cirugía bilateral simultánea laparoscópica con excelentes resultados.
ABSTRACT
Cushing´s Síndrome is a rare disease. Most of patients have a pituitary tumor and treatment is with neurosurgery. A very low percentage of patients need a bilateral adrenalectomy. This article shows one patient who was submitted to simultaneous bilateral laparoscopic adrenalectomy with excellent results.
