Se presenta un estudio retrospectivo y prospectivo en 56 pacientes que sufrieron perforación timpánica traumática con un total de 66 oídos afectados, en un período de casi 8 años. Se obtuvieron conclusiones y resultados y de ellos se presenta un lógico plan de tratamiento
