ABSTRACT
This report describes the methods form collection, preservation and supply of evidence in forensic genetics. The author presents current concepts in the description of DNA typing protocols for forensic analysis with guidelines for forensic applications of DNA typing with special considertion on biiological evidence and molecular biology. Thechnics of genetic analysis are at present in continuous development and evolution, but is schould be not forgiven that preservation and the supply of the evidence. These aspects are described in the article.
