Hipernefroma derecho: presentación de un caso / Right hypernephroma: presentation of case

RESUMEN

Se presentó un caso en el servicio de Nefrología del Hospital Provincial Antonio Luaces Iraola de la provincia de Ciego de Ávila, con manifestaciones atípicas y con pobre sintomatología, la paciente fue ingresada en el servicio de Urología de nuestro hospital por un período aproximado de siete días y se le realizó intervención quirúrgica (Nefrectomía derecha) sin complicaciones, posteriormente la paciente tuvo una evolución favorable y después de la extracción del órgano se envió la pieza al servicio de anatomía patológica para realizar estudio histopatológico. Exponemos las manifestaciones clínicas, los exámenes complementarios, incluyendo los estudios radiológicos contrastados y estudios histopatológicos para el diagnóstico de esta patología.

ABSTRACT

A case was presented at the of Nephrology service of the "Dr.Antonio Luaces Iraola" provincial hospital of Ciego of Avila province , with atypical manifestations and with poor symptomatology, the patient was entered at the Urology service of our hospital for approximately one week period, and right nephrectomy was performed without complications, later the patient had a favorable evolution and after the extraction of the organ the specimen was sent to Pathology for the histopathological study. We expose the clinical manifestations, ancillary lab tests, including the contrasted radiological and histopathological studies for the diagnosis of this deaeases.
