El objetivo de nuestra investigación estuvo basado en lograr una conducta terapéutica capaz de resolver las dificultades que persisten después de padecer de una fractura inestable del tercio distal del radio, por lo que utilizamos como protocolo de trabajo la clasificación y el algoritmo de Putnam. Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo, en pacientes que padecieron de dichas fracturas, en el período comprendido entre noviembre de 2002-enero 2005. ABSTRACT

The objective of our investigation was achieving a therapeutic behaviour able to solve the persisting difficulties after suffering an instable fracture of the distal third of the radio. That is why we used Putnam's algorithm and classification as working protocol. We developed a descriptive, observational study in patients suffering those fractures, in the period from November 2002 to January 2005. Our working universe was constituted of 50 patients, subjected to a surgery.
