Embarazo ectópico intersticial: a propósito de un caso / Interstitial pregnancy: apropos of a case

RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso de embarazo intersticial de 22,4 semanas de duración, con el antecedente de una interrupción de embarazo fallida. Debido a la rareza y a la dificultad diagnóstica de esta entidad, presentamos los aspectos clínicos de mayor interés, así como las consideraciones conceptuales y prßcticas que se derivan del mismo y un breve recuento de la literatura al respecto.

ABSTRACT

A case of interstitial pregnancy of 22.4 weeks of duration, with history of a failed abortion was presented. Due to the rareness and to the diagnostic difficulty of this entity, the most interesting clinical aspects, as well as the conceptual and practical considerations deriving from it, were presented, and a brief account of the literature on this topic was made.
