A importância da inserção da temática "violência contra a mulher" no currículo de enfermagem / The importance of the insert of the thematic "violence against the woman" in the curriculum of nursing

ABSTRACT

Many professionals of health don't know or they don't address yours he/she listens and your glance to diagnose and to take care of violence situations against the woman. That unpreparedness is consequence of a formation and professional practice stepped on in a model centered in the biomedical model, where the object of attention is not the as a whole, but, your parts, frequently, these professionals don't notice the structural bows between body and society. We looked for to bring for the curriculum of the course of the nursing a new perspective with relationship when taking care of that population, inserting the thematic Violence Against the Woman; developing her stepped on in a humanized attendance, sensitive and integral, with base in the public politics of prevention and control of the cases of violence against the woman, respecting the historical-social particularities, and using a critical methodology of the education, with emphasis in the dialogue, in the search for the personal transformation and of the reality, in the omnilaterality.

RESUMO

Muitos profissionais de saúde não sabem ou não direcionam sua escuta e seu olhar para diagnosticar e cuidar de situações de violência contra a mulher. Esse despreparo é conseqüência de uma formação e prática profissional calcadas no modelo biomédico, onde o objeto de atenção não é o cliente como um todo, e sim, suas partes, de modo que os profissionais não percebem os laços estruturais entre corpo e sociedade. Buscamos trazer para o currículo do curso da enfermagem uma nova perspectiva quanto ao cuidar dessa população, inserindo a temática Violência Contra a Mulher; desenvolvendo-a calcada numa assistência humanizada, sensível e integral, com base nas políticas públicas de prevenção e controle dos casos de violência contra a mulher, respeitando as particularidades histórico-sociais, e utilizando uma metodologia crítica da educação, com ênfase no diálogo, na busca pela transformação pessoal e da realidade, na omnilateralidade.
