A ocupação da mulher com HIV/AIDS: o cotidiano diante da (im)possibilidade de amamentar / The woman?s occupation with HIV/AIDS syndrome: the daily routine facing the (im)possibility of breastfeeding

RESUMO

Introdução: a experiência na área de enfermagem em ações da extensão, como prática de ensino e de pesquisa, e a vivência com mulheres soropositivas para o HIV possibilitaram a emergência da inquietação que resultou neste estudo. Objetivo: compreender o sentido de ser da mulher com HIV/aids no cotidiano da (im)possibilidade de amamentar. Métodos: de natureza qualitativa, com a utilização da abordagem fenomenológica e do método de Martin Heidegger; foram entrevistadas 16 mulheres que, em seus depoimentos, expressam o que sentem, pensam, percebem e como se relacionam no dia-a-dia com-o-outro e com o objeto pesquisado. Resultados: a análise compreensiva se deu no primeiro momento metódico e permitiu a construção de dez unidades de significação. A análise interpretativa, segundo momento metódico, desvelou que, no cotidiano, a mulher se mostra temerosa e ocupada com a síndrome. Conclusão: a mulher contribuem neste estudo mostrando a necessidade de um cuidado que lhe possibilite sair do “a gente” para ser si mesma. Será preciso apostar na implementação de políticas públicas, seja no controle da aids, seja no aleitamento materno, no desenvolvimento de um cuidado solícito, pautado na relação do ser-com autêntico, que possibilite à mulher a compreensão de com o que e para que se ocupar em seu cotidiano. O que se traz à luz um cuidado que possibilita a recuperação da escolha, que devolve a singularidade de ser, que ajuda a tornar-se, que liberta, que permite colocar-se diante da situação para poder escolher por si mesma, que indica a anteposição libertadora.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: the study question emerged due to experience in extension activities as a teaching practice and research in Nursing and in the acquaintance with women carrying HIV/aids. Objective: understanding the meaning of being a woman with HIV/aids in the daily routine in the (im)possibility of breastfeeding. Methods: it was a qualitative research in the phenomenological approach according to Martin Heidegger perspective. sixteen women were interviewed and their statements express what they feel, think, perceive, talk about, and how they relate themselves with others and with the subject researched in their daily routine. Results: the comprehensive analysis happened in the first methodic moment and allowed the construction of ten meaningful units. The interpretative analysis, the second methodic moment, demonstrated that the woman showed herself, in the way of being in the routine, in the impersonality, fearful and occupied with her syndrome. Conclusion: in this study, the woman contributes showing the necessity of a care that makes possible getting out of “us” and being herself. It brings to light a care that makes recovery of the choice possible, that can give back the singularity of being, the one that helps to turn, the one that sets free, the one that permits to put herself before a situation to can choose or decide for herself, the one that indicates the ante-position liberating.
