Desafios para a pesquisa dos processos de trabalho: a CAP como estratégia / Challenges to work process research: the CAP as strategy

RESUMO

O artigo aborda o tema da pesquisa dos mundos do trabalho, partindo do princípio de que é preciso conhecer mais de perto o que é vivido nos ambientes laborais hoje e avaliar quais as novas relações existentes fazem frente a essa situação. Considera que nos locais de trabalho existe um mundo a ser conhecido e que é preciso apostar no potencial de revolta contra o que está instituído nos mundos do trabalho. Elege a Ergologia como abordagem que contribui para mostrar que em toda situação de trabalho há sempre uma tentativa de renormatização. Apresenta para exemplificar essa direção metodológica o Programa de Formação/Investigação dos Processos de trabalho que é um dispositivo de formação e pesquisa-intervenção em rede, que articula um programa de formação, pautado na intervenção nos locais de trabalho, com um programa de pesquisas, visando à luta pela afirmação da vida onde o trabalho se faz.

ABSTRACT

The article discusses the topic of the research in working worlds, based on the principle that it is necessary to know more intimately what is lived in the working environment nowadays and to appraise which are the new existing relationships that face this situation. The study considers that at working places there is a world to be known and that it is necessary to bet on the revolting potential against what is institutionalized. It elects Ergology as an approach that contributes to show that in every work situation there is, always, an attempt of re-normalization. The study presents, in order to exemplify this methodological direction, the Program of Formation/Investigation of Work Processes, which is a device of training and research-intervention in net, which articulates a formation program, based on an intervention at working places, with a research program, seeking the struggle for the statement of life, where the work is done.
