Residência em enfermagem do Hospital de Base do Distrito Federal: avaliação dos ex-residentes / The adequacy of the diet of hypertension in relation to the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension

ABSTRACT

Introdução: O presente estudo busca analisar a contribuição trazida pela residência de enfermagem do Hospital de Base do Distrito Federal segundo a visão dos ex-residentes do curso. Os objetivos foram: caracterizaros egressos do curso e levantar a opinião deles com relação aos aspectos positivos e negativos do programa de residência. Método: Foi realizada uma pesquisa descritiva com abordagem quantiqualitativa, cujos dados foram coletados utilizando-se um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas, sendo organizados segundo estatística descritiva e o método de Análise de Conteúdo, conforme Bardin. Conclusão: A análise dos dados mostrou a relevância da residência de enfermagem como forma de capacitação profissional e evidencioudificuldades que devem ser solucionadas para o aprimoramento desta modalidade de ensino. Objective: To verify the adaptation of the current diet of hypertension in relation to the Dietary Approaches to Stop Arterial Hypertension and factors that can contribute to the consumption of saturated fat, fruits,vegetables, milk and dairy products. Methods: Transversal study. The socioeconomic profile was appraised, anthropometrics data concerning the eating habits of the 72 hypertension adult patients of the Centro de Saude 02 of Núcleo Bandeirante in the Brazilian Federal District. The adequacy of the participants’ current eating habits was verified in relation to the recommendations of the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. A regression logistics binary multivariated analysis was carried out in order to study the influence of the variables: age, gender, place of birth and income on the consumption of saturated fat, fruits, vegetables milk and dairy.
