A atuação do profissional de saúde na área da saúde do trabalhador (especialismos e saúde do trabalhador) / Health professional action in workers´ health area (specialisms and workers´s health)

RESUMO

Este trabalho apresenta uma análise das práticas dos profissionais de Saúde no campo da saúde do trabalhador, no Estado do Espírito Santo/Brasil. Foram pesquisados quatro estabelecimentos das redes municipal e estadual de Saúde. Inicia-se abordando os especialismos e os processos de subjetivação engendrados no mundo capitalista. Como estratégia metodológica, priorizou-se a análise genealógica de Michel Foucault, buscando-se estudar as condições de emergência de saberes/práticas, no âmbito das articulações saúde e trabalho. Os resultados apontam para o fato de que, no campo da saúde do trabalhador, no Espírito Santo, as práticas que individualizam os processos de adoecimento e as ações isoladas são a tônica dos serviços. Ao final, aponta a importância de se criarem práticas profissionais que, partindo do conhecimento sobre o cotidiano do mundo do trabalho, busquem produzir saberes que possam potencializar mudanças na relação saúde-trabalho.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents an analysis of professional practices in the field of workers´health in the city of Vitória, State of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Four places of City and State systems were searched. It starts pointing out the matter of specialisms and subjectivizing process produced by capitalistic world. The genealogical analysis of Michel Foucault was chosen as the main methodological strategy, trying to examine the conditions of knowledge/practice tha emerge in the connections between health and work. The results show that in Espírito Santo, in the worker´s health field, the practices which individualize the process of becoming sick and isolated actions are the strong points in this kind of service. After that, it points out how important it is to create professional practices that starting from the knowledge of the work world quotidian, try to produce ideas that could potentialize changes in the health-work relation.
