O cuidar de enfermagem à família frente ao diagnóstico de leucemia infantil: um estudo fenomenológico / Taking care from nursing to the family front to the diagnosis of childish leukemia: a study phenomenology

RESUMO

O estudo de natureza qualitativa emergiu da minha experiência profissional cuidando de crianças portadoras de leucemia. O enfoque central valoriza o enfrentamento pela família do diagnóstico de Leucemia Infantil, já que muitas vezes este familiar necessita, mais que a criança, de ajuda da equipe de Enfermagem. O objeto destacou os significados atribuídos pela família frente ao diagnóstico de Leucemia Infantil, e teve como objetivo apreender o tipo vivido do familiar que experienciou o diagnóstico de Leucemia Infantil. Utilizou-se para a análise o método da fenomenologia, baseado nas concepções de Alfred Schutz. O cenário foi a enfermaria de pediatria Clínica! Hematológica do Hospital Universitário Pedro Ernesto/UERJ e os sujeitos - participantes - constituiu-se dos familiares das crianças com Leucemia que estivessem em tratamento, independente do grau de parentesco dos mesmos. A apreensão das falas dos sujeitos deu-se através da entrevista fenomenológica por possibilitar a captação das vivências originárias, cuja análise compreensiva dos achados nos remeteu para a construção do tipo vivido do "familiar frente ao diagnóstico de Leucemia infantil", como aquele que precisa ser forte para enfrentar a doença buscando a verdade sobre a situação, necessitando receber apoio da família, dos amigos e da equipe. Neste sentido a Sociologia Fenomenológica de Alfred Schutz, mais que uma teoria compreensiva da ação social, mostrou-se, neste estudo, como possibilidade de construção de uma "estratégia assistencial". Assim, ao considerarmos a necessidade de se buscar junto aos familiares seus motivos existenciais que levam ao seu comportamento social diante do enfrentamento do diagnóstico de Leucemia Infantil, o estudo contribuiu para a construção de um caminho para o cuidar dessa clientela.

ABSTRACT

Study of qualitative nature emerged of my professional experience taking care of children leukemia bearers. The central focus values the face for the family of the diagnosis of childish Leukemia, as many times this family one needs, more than the child, of help of the nursing team. The object detached the meanings attributed by the family front to the diagnosis of childish leukemia, and he/she had as objective: to apprehend the Iived type of the relative that experienced the diagnosis of Infantile leukemia. It was used for the analysis the method of the phenomenology, based on Alfred Schutz's conceptions. The scenery was the infirmary of Clinical pediatrics / hematology of the Hospital Universitário Pedro Ernesto/UERJ and the subjects - participants, it was constituted of the children's relatives with leukemia that you/they were in treatment, independent of the degree of relationship of the same ones. The apprehension of the speeches of the subjects felt through the interview phenomenology for to take advantage of the opportunity of the reception of the original existences, whose understanding analysis of the discoveries sent us for the construction of the Iived type of the "relative front to the diagnosis of infantile" leukemia, as the one that needs to be strong to face the disease looking for the truth about the situation, needing to receive support of the family, of the friends and of the team. In this sense Alfred Schutz's Sociological Phenomenology, more than an understanding theory of the social action, was shown, in this study, as possibility of construction of a "strategy assistant". Like this, to consider the need to look for your relatives existential reasons close to that they take to your social behavior before the face of the diagnosis of Infantile Leukemia, the study contributed to the construction of a road for taking care of that clientele.
