RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar as condutas adotadas, os resultados obtidos e as conclusões, do tratamento das Hipertrofias Mamárias, do Serviço de Cirurgia Plástica do Hospital Regional Hans Dieter Schmidt, de Joinville, Santa Catarina. Foram analisada 110 pacientes submetidas à cirurgia no período de abril/2005 à dezembro/2006. Relatou-se os tipos mamários mais encontrados e o tratamento proposto. Concluiu-se a necessidade do diagnóstico preciso e a correta indicação da técnica cirúrgica.

ABSTRACT

The present work has as objective to introduce the adopted conducts, the obtained results and the conclusions, of the treatment of Mamary Hipertrophy, of the Plastic Surgery Service of Hospital Regional Hans Dieter Schmidt, of Joinville, Santa Catarina. They were going analyzed 110 submitted patients to the surgery in the period of april/2005 to the december/ 2006.It related the founder mammary types and the proposed treatment. It concluded the need to diagnosis precise and the surgical technique correct indication.
