ABSTRACT
The authors present a case of Castleman´s disease in a 17-years-old asymptomatic female patient. The chest X-ray performed showed a right hilar mass, which significantly enhanced on computed tomography after intravenous injection of iodinated contrast media. The diagnosis of Castleman´s disease was reached by histopathology findings. A brief review of the literature is presented.
