Análise do perfil dos endodontistas da região metropolitana do recife no mercado de trabalho / Analysis of the profile of endodontists of metropolitan region of recife marketing of work

RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo de fazer um mapeamento do atual perfil dos Endodontistas da Região Metropolitana do Recife, no mercado de trabalho, onde se pretende também, avaliar as influências do atual cenário profissional e suas influências no exercício desta especialidade visto que na região há escassez de estudos sobre este tema. Desta forma, foram enviados 94 questionários aos endodontistas devidamente registrados no Conselho Regional de Odontologia (CRO-PE) como especialistas em Endodontia. Os resultados foram baseados numa amostra de 47 especialistas que responderam o questionário, número este que corresponde a 50% da amostra total. Os resultados revelam que 68,1% dos endodontistas são do gênero feminino, 51,1% tem idade acima de 40 anos. A renda familiar mensal de 63% dos entrevistados é de acima de cinco mil reais e a renda individual está entre dois e três mil reais. Destes profissionais 91,5% atuam como endodontistas e trabalham em consultório particular próprio em 72,3% dos casos. O tipo da clientela é composto por pacientes particulares e de convênios numa proporção de 52,6%. Concluindo 66% dos profissionais não se considera justamente remunerado e 74,5% são realizados profissionalmente com a Endodontia.

ABSTRACT

The present work has as objective to make a mapping of the current profile of the Endodontists of the Region Metropolitan of Recife, in the labor market, where it is also intended, to evaluate the influences of the current professional scene and its influences in the exercise of this specialty since in the region it has scarcity of studies on this subject. In such a way, 94 questionnaires to the endodontistas duly registered in the Regional Advice of Dentistry had been sent (CRO-PE) as specialists in Endodontics. The results had been on a sample of 47 specialists who had answered the questionnaire, nunber this that corresponds 50% of the total sample. The results disclose that 68.1% of the endodontists are of the feminine sort, 51.1% have age above of 40 years. The monthly familiar income of 63% of the interviewed ones is of above of five a thousand reals and the individual income is between two and three a thousand reals. Of these professionals 91,5% they act as endodontists and they work in proper particular doctor's office in 72,3% of the cases. The type of clientele is composed for particular patients and of accords in a ration of 52,6%. Concluding 665 of the professionals they are not considered exactly remunerated and 74.5% are carried through professionally with the Endodontics.
