Homens-carrapatos e suas mulheres: relato de experiência em Saúde Mental na Estratégia Saúde da Família / Tick-men and their women: a report about Mental Health issue in Family Health Strategy

RESUMO

Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma intervenção psicossocial planejada para atender mulheres que estavam usando medicação ansiolítica. Esta intervenção foi organizada por uma equipe de profissionais do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (Caps ii) em conjunto com equipes de saúde da família (ESF). Ao todo foram realizados dez encontros com diferentes dinâmicas de grupo, desenvolvidas para o grupo de mulheres e ESF com o objetivo de problematizar o papel da mulher em conjunto com o significado do remédio na construção desta identidade. Constatou-se que o grupo ajudou estas mulheres a entenderem seu sofrimento para além do sintoma, uso racional, bem como a retirada da medicação.

ABSTRACT

This paper presents the results of a psychosocial intervention planned to attend women who were taking anxiolytic medicines. This intervention was carried out by a professional team from the Mental Health Services (Caps ii) along with professional groups of the family health strategy. In total, ten weekly meetings using different group dynamic techniques were accomplished developed for women and professionals from the family health strategy. These meetings aimed at discussing the women’s role, together with the meaning of the medicine in the construction of a identity. It was found that the group helped the participants to understand their suffering beyond the symptoms, the rational use and the withdrawal of the medication.
