ABSTRACT
This paper intends to discuss Rosolato's hypothesis in which family therapies are approached to compensation and active techniques described as "transgressive psychoanalysis". Through the concepts of counter-transference, projective identification and the notion of the abstinence rule we intend to characterize the family psychoanalytic clinic.
