Sobrevivendo a violências: a ludoterapia de uma criança abrigada / Survival behind violence: play therapy with a sheltered child

RESUMO

Enquanto brincava, um garoto de 8 anos necessitava não apenas de compreensão de seus medos, depositados dentro de mim, por identificação projetiva, mas também de que eu pudesse “contê-los” por um tempo. Do paciente L permaneceu uma imagem em que ele brincava com uma varinha que encontrara na sala. Ele dizia que iria sentir saudades da Casa Abrigo, onde morava. Pergunto o que tinha acontecido e por que voltara. Enfatizo que, embora cheio de ódio, L não precisou atuar e pôde conversar. Foi pouco mais de uma semana após o retorno que L compareceu ao atendimento, após ser transferido de quarto de um abrigo para crianças menores, para outro, com crianças maiores, dizendo que ele “mandava e podia tudo”. Sua fantasia onipotente era de que ele era o único responsável pelo fracasso na experiência de adoção. Na sessão seguinte L vai até a sala de atendimento e diz que ainda lembrava de tudo que tinha acontecido na sessão anterior e de que ele tinha dito que não ficaria mais comigo. Disse a ele que eu compreendia que ele não quisesse ficar comigo ali, talvez porque eu representava a avó chata, que não deixava ele fazer nada e que também fosse mandá-lo embora.

ABSTRACT

While he played, a boy of 8 years needed understanding for his fears, and had deposited it inside me not only by projective identification but also by that I could “contain them” for a while. Of patient L, there was an image where he played with one magical pole like the fairy godmother that he had found in the room. He said would feel homesickness for the House Shelter, where he lived. He is asked for what was happening and why he came back. It was emphasized that, even so full hatred, L could not act-out, but he could talk to the psychologist. The return was little more than one week later, when L appeared to the session after to be transferred of room from an infant child shelter to another one, to older children, saying that he gave order and could do everything. He felt the only responsible person for his adoption failure, supporting by his phantasy of omnipotence. In the next session, L goes until the attendance room and says that he still remembered of what had happened in previous session and of those things, he had talked about, and he regrets he would not continue his session. Perhaps he was saying that he felt psychologist was a person who had understood him and he want to be there with her, because she represented the bothered grandmother, who prevent him to do nothing and will punish him forever, by finishing the psychological treatment.
