O sintoma como problema e solução / The symptom as a problem and solution

RESUMO

A psicanálise aplicada é aplicada à terapêutica e implica intervenções sobre o sintoma. O tratamento psicanalítico exige uma eficácia sobre o sofrimento causado pelo sintoma que, neste contexto, pode ser tratado como um problema. Mas a clínica também nos mostra que este problema que causa sofrimento pode ser uma solução. A psicanálise pura não é uma experiência alheia à terapêutica, mas a inclui, podendo ser considerada, se não um efeito terapêutico, certamente um produto possível (mas não necessário) da terapia psicanalítica. Aplicar a psicanálise produz, ao fim, um analista. Mas, ainda que essa produção se faça com a depuração do terapêutico, na orientação lacaniana o sintoma não é eliminado como um problema, nem é completamente solucionado.

ABSTRACT

The applied psychoanalysis is applied to therapy and it implies interventions over the symptom. The psychoanalytical treatment demands efficiency over the suffering caused by the symptom, which in this context can be treated as a problem. But the clinical also shows us that this problem that causes suffering can be a solution. The pure psychoanalysis is not an experience apart from therapy, but including it, certainly a possible product (but not necessary) of the psychoanalytical therapy. Applying psychoanalysis produces in the end, an analyst. But even if this production is not made with the depuration of the therapist, in the lacan orientation, the symptom is not eliminated as a problem nor it is completely solved.
